The Atonement: Miracle of Christ’s Love is a revolutionary new learning activity about the Plan of Salvation and the Atonement of Jesus Christ. At first glance, most people would call this a board game. However, The Atonement: Miracle of Christ’s Love is more than just a game, it’s a testimony-building experience. In this learning activity, players begin in the pre-existence with their pre-mortal spirits. Soon, you are sent down to Earth Life to receive a mortal body, and to learn the difference between good and evil by your own experience.

The Atonement is a captivating activity involving many aspects of the Plan of Salvation, including choices, sins, good works, ordinances, spiritual gifts, trials, missionary work and temple work. Players interact in both Earth Life and in the Spirit World and are eventually judged and assigned to a degree of glory.
This amazing learning activity was created by Kathryn Matthews over a period of 12 years. Her son, Jonathan, suffered from kidney failure at a young age which prompted her to donate her own kidney to him. Over the following ten years, Jonathan suffered deteriorating health and required constant tending until his death in 1999. It was during this difficult time that Kathryn found comfort in learning the doctrines of the Plan of Salvation and spending time creating a learning activity that teaches about the joy it brings. The Matthews Family has decided to donate all the profits from the sale of this product to the Church.
Building Zion Together is striving to help build the kingdom of God on the Earth in two ways. First, we are developing family activities and games that build testimonies and strengthen families. We have witnessed the life-changing effect that these activities can have on people, and we hope that you will help pass the word along.

The second way in which we are striving to build Zion together with you is by donating the profits from the sale of our newest game, The Atonement: Miracle of Christ’s Love, to the Church. We feel that average members of the Church have a serious responsibility to strengthen our brethren and sisters in the developing world. Only by helping poor members help themselves will Zion grow and be prosperous in those parts of the world. We have selected several funds to which we intend to donate. They include, but are not limited to:
The Perpetual Education Fund: The PEF is an inspiring new program that helps young members in developing countries receive an education. We feel strongly that education is the door to strengthening and blessing those families.
The Temple Patron Fund: This fund helps poor families who have never been to the temple. There are many faithful families who will never be able to afford to go to the temple because of expensive traveling conditions throughout the world. Through this fund, many worthy families are sealed who otherwise never would have had the chance.
The Humanitarian Aid Fund: There are people all around the world who are suffering and without the basic necessities of life. This fund helps relieve the suffering of millions.
"After I first made the actvitity, it seemed to be missing something essential. I asked the Lord what I could do to really make the activity share the same passions and feelings that the scriptures impart. The answer seemed so obvious: add the Atonement of Christ, which is the core of the Plan of Salvation. After several years of focusing on the Atonement of Christ, the activity truly became breathtaking."

The Atonement: Miracle of Christ's Love helps us all realize that there is much more to life than being popular at school, having a fancy car, or owning a big house. Life is about fulfilling the purpose of our creation: returning to our Father in Heaven! We must constantly refocus and reemphasize our lives on Jesus Christ, our Redeemer. Hundreds have already experienced the life-changing power of this testimony, and felt the message it brings. This very spiritual learning activity is ideal for teaching children, touching the lives of wayward loved ones, and strengthening the testimonies of all who play it.
Building Zion Together relies heavily on your willingness to share this game with your family and friends!
